Principle of VTEC Explained - Video
VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) is developed by Honda (Ikuo Kajitani) to improve the efficiency of a four-stroke internal combustion engine. This system uses two camshaft profiles and ECU selects between the profiles. This selection based on Engine RPM. Watch the video explanation on VTEC working principle.
